On March 10, the SCOA Executive Board joined Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz and dozens of Court Officers in presenting Officers Brian Bishop and Rodolfo Hernandez with a Citation of Merit for their heroic acts last month. These tremendous officers affected the arrest of a homicide suspect while off duty. They make us all extremely proud and are a credit to our job. Congratulations to these fine officers!
